      What is your business activity?

      We are a company that develops album pre-order websites on behalf of record labels, as well as handling textile production and customization for merchandising and brands.

      We provide a full 360° service — from design and web development to logistics and after-sales support — all managed in-house.

      Where are you based?

      All of our company’s services are based in France, in the Paris region, Seine-et-Marne (77).

      Do you work with record labels and independent artists?

      We collaborate daily with major record labels, but as an independent company, we are equally committed to supporting independent producers and artists — as we already do today.

      Do pre-orders only apply to albums?

      The pre-order system can be applied to all types of phonographic projects, as well as to textile sales.

      Will the albums sold with you be eligible for SNEP certification?

      All albums sold through our online stores or at our stands are reported to the OCC (Official Charts Company), which acts as the SNEP’s service provider for the official music sales charts in France.

      Orders placed through our online stores

      I placed an order some time ago, but I still haven’t received any updates about my package.

      Across all our stores, we operate on a pre-order system. This means you can order an album or merchandise in advance, but you will only receive it on the project’s official release date.

      Orders are shipped at the earliest the day before the release date, and that is when you will receive your tracking number.

      I would like to cancel or modify my order.

      You can cancel or modify your order by contacting customer service. However, any orders that have already been prepared for shipment cannot be canceled or modified.

      I would like to change the size of an item — how should I proceed?

      We do not offer size exchanges on products. However, you may return your item to receive a refund for your order and place a new one if needed.

      Refunds upon return are only possible if the returned items have not been worn. Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days.

      I would like to return an item.

      Would you like to return an item for any reason (refund, other)?

      Please note that we do not offer size exchanges. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will proceed with a refund.

      My package seems to be lost.

      If your package appears to be lost, we invite you to first contact the carrier to determine whether it is a tracking or delivery issue.

      If it turns out that the package is indeed lost, please contact our customer service team so we can handle the matter accordingly.

      I placed an order on your store but was unable to collect my package from the pickup point.

      If you do not collect your order, it will be returned to us and automatically refunded upon receipt. The refund will be issued to your account within 7 to 14 business days.
